The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, especially Tamela who handled an incident with another guest professionally and compassionately. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and fitness facility providing everything we needed. The breakfast was really delicious, and we enjoyed the pool area which was quiet and relaxing. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of eating places and close proximity to the Orlando Sanford airport.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast lady went out of her way to ensure everyone was taken care of, even though there was a shortage of turkey sausage. The check-in staff was also very nice and friendly. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

Another letdown was the coffee situation. The coffee seemed to always be running out, and there was no 24/7 availability as I had experienced before.

This hotel's location was perfect as it was close to a lot of eating places and also just a short drive away from the Disney Parks.
