We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of our room at Holiday Inn Express. The modern design and amenities made our stay enjoyable. The delicious breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome. The convenient location near a strip mall and Walmart was a bonus.

The main drawback was the lack of cleaning service in the community areas after 5 pm, resulting in dirty common areas by the evening. Additionally, there was no service in our room after the first night, and the maids mentioned that they didn't have time to clean rooms until check out.

The rooms were spacious with a comfortable king bed and a convenient bar/tiny kitchenette. I appreciated having a microwave in the room for making tea at night. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with fresh towels and a coffee maker. The hotel was quiet at night, which ensured a restful sleep. The availability of two types of pillows was a nice touch. The mattress seemed new and provided excellent comfort. the room amenities were impressive and met the needs of a traveler.

Disliked a couple of things during my stay. The view from the hotel wasn't scenic, with a Walmart located across the parking lot.
