The hotel is located right in the center of Dipolog City, making it very convenient for exploring the area and accessing shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the complimentary water in the room, a small detail that made a big difference. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Polite main entrance guy. Clean, elegant rooms. Spotlessly clean bedding. Good breakfast. First-class service. Outstanding wait staff at Tonino's & Umami. Excellent Italian cuisine. Top-notch housekeeping. Clean, accessible, friendly staff, diligent security guards, decent. Old, untidy brown towels need improvement.

Over Easter I had a great time at a hotel located in the city center that is about a 5-minute drive from the airport. I really enjoyed the excellent amenities including the clean rooms and the reasonable prices at the restaurant. the location makes it easy to get to the bank, malls, and fast food places.

The check-in process could have been handled better. Although we arrived on time, we had to wait longer than expected to get our room.
