We had a fantastic stay at Elia. The hotel is very clean and the staff, especially the ladies, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and tasty dishes, offering a slight variation each day. We especially enjoyed the complimentary fresh orange juice. The location is great, with the beach nearby and a market right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is new and luxurious, with spacious rooms that can accommodate up to four people. The personnel were also very helpful in planning our sightseeing trips. a wonderful experience.

The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The breakfast is superb, with fresh orange juice and delicious cake served every morning. it was a great value for money.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of high-quality options available. the location was fantastic, with easy accessibility to several famous beaches and a bus stop to Chania nearby.

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few aspects that could use improvement. the elevator was out of order for three days, which was inconvenient considering I was on the 4th floor.
