The ryokan had a very traditional and clean atmosphere, giving a comfortable vibe. The private onsen was stunning, especially with snowfall. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect, close to Lake Fujikawaguchiko and the train station. You can easily explore the area with a two-day bus pass, and the ryokan offers a free shuttle car to the train station upon checkout.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kawaguchiko for my marathon and had such a wonderful experience. The hot spring in the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the dinner and breakfast they provided were incredibly delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to the mountain and lake, and I appreciated how they kept the rooms warm during the colder nights. The traditional Japanese bed and quilt provided a super cozy and comfortable sleep, especially after soaking in the hot spring. Additionally, the staff were friendly and professional, giving me positive encouragement for my marathon. The room itself was a perfect mix of old Japanese style with modern amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel even offers a shuttle bus, which was very helpful.

The private onsen outside our room was amazing! We loved the traditional Japanese atmosphere, including the tatami-style room and the yukatas. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The location was convenient for exploring the area. we highly recommend this ryokan.

I had a fantastic experience at a ryokan in Fujikawaguchiko. The room had a luxurious Japanese style decoration with a private garden and onsen. The onsen was absolutely delightful and I couldn't get enough of it. The Japanese Kaiseki cuisine served for dinner and breakfast was delicious. I also loved wearing the beautiful Japanese Yukata and taking selfies. The staff at the ryokan were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance. I highly recommend this ryokan.

This hidden gem is located in a serene location, close to the main town and just a short walk away from the lake. The hotel's prime location provides easy access to the bus stop, which takes you to all the top Japanese restaurants and attractions around the lake. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with separate areas for sleeping and dining. The private onsen was a highlight, offering ultimate relaxation and privacy. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with a designated staff member taking care of all our needs. The breakfast and dinner, served in kaiseki style, were absolutely delicious, with a different menu every day. the beautiful surroundings, comfortable room, excellent service, and exquisite meals made our stay truly memorable.

One minor issue was the lack of a mini-bar in the room, but the nearby souvenir shop and restaurants made up for it.

Offered shuttle service from the station and provided unique souvenirs including chopsticks and tabi socks. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast options were tasty and exceeded dietary requirements. Outdoor private onsen was exceptional with adjustable water temperature. Stunning view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero conveniente per chi ama stare vicino alla spiaggia. Inoltre, alcuni ospiti hanno apprezzato le camere spaziose e fornite di accessori necessari come asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, offrendo addirittura servizi extra come il trasferimento gratuito dalla stazione dei treni al porto. La vicinanza al porto ha permesso di godere di comode imbarcazioni per visitare le Eolie.

I visited Japan in May to enjoy the wisteria in full bloom thinking it will be the highlight of my trip, my stay in this charming onsenji ended up climbing the charts instead. The staff were very attentive to details even before my arrival, checking on meal preferences and customizing a vegetarian alternative. Countless things to appreciate and admire: the garden, koi pond, exquisite food, traditional clothes for a photoset. Truly unforgettable.

The complimentary shuttle from the train station was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. The location near the lake provided beautiful views and easy access to walking trails.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our luggage and offered no storage options when there was no space in the designated room. We were forced to carry our heavy bags around the town and it really put a damper on our Easter holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this ryokan. The staff were polite and spoke English, which made communication easy. They were very helpful in giving directions to sightseeing spots and explaining how to use the bathroom switches and air conditioning. The hot spring in my room was absolutely amazing! The room itself was huge and beautifully designed. The meals were abundant and delicious, definitely worth the extra cost. it was an extraordinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.
