The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly, which made us feel welcome. The view from the hotel was really soothing, and we could see the Caribbean Sea clearly. the beds were soft, and the rooms were clean. We also appreciate that the hotel provided free long-distance service for up to 15 minutes to address communication issues.

The location of the hotel was inconvenient as there was no service, and local taxis were unreliable. We also experienced check-in issues when the staff was not there to assist late arrivals and had to sleep in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Arawak Bay. The hotel had a charming, secluded atmosphere and I loved that it was a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of town. The views from the second story were absolutely breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and access to a microwave downstairs. The breakfast, although it had an early serving time, was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings.

They even allowed us to store our luggage and freezer pack in the room after checkout, which was a great help.
