I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for a weekend getaway. The breakfast was nice, and the man who set it up was very friendly. The room itself was inviting and comfortable, with a wonderful bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of towels provided for my entire stay. However, what stood out the most was Samantha at the front desk. She was absolutely awesome, going above and beyond to make my birthday extra special by helping me extend my stay. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made a lasting impression on me.

As young families, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast had a great selection of food, including a waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, ham and cheese croissants. We also appreciated the BBQ facilities and being able to borrow BBQ utensils. The staff was amazing and quickly resolved any issues, such as fixing a problem with the dryer. We couldn't have asked for a better pet-friendly hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the full kitchen was just what I wanted. The location was quiet and not too far from the elevator. The parking was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved that there were plenty of towels available for my entire stay. The hotel's proximity to Westlake Village, Camarillo Outlets, and wineries made it a good place to stay. Additionally, the breakfast was nice and the staff worked hard to provide a good experience.

We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere and the complementary breakfast, which was a great start to our day. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a fitness center, which we utilized during our stay.

The room was smaller than expected, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. We had to request it to be cleaned, which took away from our relaxation time.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I found the hotel to be a great value for money and the location was convenient with good restaurants nearby.
