The sleek decor and elegant ambiance created a refined urban retreat, and the 90-foot high atrium in The Garden Cafe was a pleasant surprise. The spacious suites and thoughtful amenities, including complimentary toiletries and a well-equipped fitness center, ensured ultimate comfort and convenience.

It would have been helpful to receive a map of the city and some information on sightseeing upon check-in, but unfortunately, the reception staff did not provide any guidance.

I would ask for better vacation options for senior people, maybe a shuttle service to the nearby attractions, to cater to the needs of the "children of the staff.

The room wasn't the fanciest, but it was clean, cozy, and had super comfy beds, which mattered most to me. The hotel's location was awesome, near cool spots like Lincoln Memorial, plus a 24-hour pharmacy and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The only downside was the view by the other hotel entrance overlooking a park where some homeless folks tended to hang out, making me a tad uneasy walking in at night. a pretty solid stay! 👍

The State Dining Room's history made me feel like a world leader. The Kid's Farm was a hit with my inner child. Accessible room amenities were top-notch. I loved the nearby cultural attractions. Every time I stay, I feel welcomed. The staff even brought me a hot drink once. It suits me perfectly—Wi-Fi, luggage storage, welcome drink, fitness center, and more. I always come back, especially for Christmas.

We had a great time exploring the city from this hotel. It was located close to the National Mall, making it easy for us to visit the monuments and museums. When we asked for salt and pepper, we were initially told no, and when we finally ordered something to get them, they never arrived. The lack of communication and the extra charges for delivery were a letdown.

The location was excellent, close to museums and monuments. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Adjoining rooms were perfect for traveling with teens. Friendly and professional staff. Good food and service at the hotel restaurant. Perfectly equipped business center. Complimentary water and great location to important sites.

We stayed at State Plaza for a Christmas weekend in DC. The hotel's location was great, close to attractions like the White House and Lincoln Memorial. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with bus tour tickets and recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. We loved the kitchenette and the nearby CVS store. a safe and enjoyable stay.

My stay at State Plaza Hotel was great! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The attached restaurant served the best Gumbo soup ever! The location was perfect, with a Starbucks and CVS nearby. We were able to walk to the African American Museum in just 10 minutes. The hotel room had a small kitchen, which made it so much easier for us to have breakfast and pack sandwiches for the day. I really loved the place and the staff. It would have been helpful if they included more information about the kitchen on their website.
