This was our second trip to New York and staying at Springhill Suites made it an easy choice! The friendly staff, from receptionists to breakfast staff to housekeeping personnel, made us feel at home. They helped us call cabs, provided laundry supplies, and even ordered food for us. The room was clean and recently renovated, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with hot and fresh food. I highly recommend Springhill Suites for a great stay!

Great location with plenty of local amenities and walking distance from the hotel. The room was excellent and the bed was amazing. Hotel decor is one of the best I've seen in a suites brand. Staff were excellent and welcoming. The whole hotel, including the pool and gym areas, was clean. The room had a refrigerator, Keurig, and Netflix. Free wifi was available.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. The rooms are well-designed, with a very large sofa bed and extra space for work. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a great perk, offering many options to choose from. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and efficient, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The value for money at Springhill Suites was excellent, with nice rooms and the added bonus of a pool that you could book for private time slots. The location was great, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Placida, the operations manager, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay terrific.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the concierge, were welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable considering the amenities and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a very large sofa bed that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was near many stores and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and shopping. I even went to a good Italian restaurant at the recommendation of the bartender. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was included in the price. my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I would definitely consider staying here again.
