The pool and garden area were incredible, with a unique design that made us feel like we were swimming in an infinity garden. The separate pools for adults and families were a great feature, and the live music by the pool on Saturday evening added to the ambiance. The water proof wrist band room keys were convenient, and the paid breakfast take out option was affordable and tasty. The staff, especially Bruce at the pool, provided exceptional service and made our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small supermarket onsite.

The view from the reception area was breathtaking, and the oceanfront room had a magnificent view of the ocean. The spacious room had a comfortable and big bed with clean and fresh sheets. The location of the resort was excellent, offering easy access to key locations. Additionally, the snorkel/manta ray boat trip was a highlight, exceeding expectations and providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

The hotel's ambience, decor, and furnishing showed signs of age. The rooms had popcorn ceilings and worn carpeting, giving them a dumpy appearance.

This place is located in a serene area, right on the ocean. Only about 30 minutes from the airport, it offers stunning views of the sunset from the room. The hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services such as room service, car hire, and laundry. The staff is terrific, always attentive and helpful. The valet service is top-notch. We especially enjoyed the Infinity pool, which is separated for families without children, making it a more relaxing experience. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, such as yoga and fitness classes, included in the daily resort fee. The Manta Ray watch deck is amazing, where we could spot the Rays right from the deck. staying here was a great experience for our family.

The resort is situated in serene gardens away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. Rooms are spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the restaurant offers an excellent view of the ocean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the scenery around the property was grand. The king, mountain view room I stayed in was open, clean, and comfy. The room had great amenities including a coffee maker, fridge, and TV. The pool was spacious and the Adventure/Towel hut was super helpful in getting me set up for an evening Manta Ray snorkel. The spa and massages were also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an issue with the shower in our room, but the hotel quickly moved us to another room and gave us a $75 voucher to use at any on-site restaurant. We were also thrilled to witness a manta ray sighting from the restaurant, it was truly amazing!

Great location, stunning views of the ocean and surrounding scenery. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food and live entertainment, providing a lovely atmosphere for a romantic dinner. The resort had a beautiful fitness center with a breathtaking view of the Pacific, which was a great way to start the day.

The facilities felt outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom in our room was in poor condition, with rusted fixtures and a messy shower curtain.

The service provided by Bruce and the valet guy was exceptional, making us want to return. The pool cleaner and garden service workers were also lovely. The view from the room and the Rays in the Bay restaurant was beautiful. The hotel has great potential with spacious areas, fantastic activities, and stunning grounds. Great oceanfront location with beautiful views of the water. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. The pool is large and clean, with fun water slides for the kids. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The furniture on the lanai was not suitable for elderly guests, with high table and stools that were difficult to use. There were issues with the television set not working, and it took multiple calls to get a response and a replacement.
