The Royalton New York exceeded our expectations with its beautifully designed rooms. The extra-long couch, fireplace, and comfortable bed made our stay truly luxurious. The top-floor bar offered excellent cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We are delighted we chose this hotel for our New York trip and are looking forward to enjoying all that the Big Apple has to offer.

There was one minor inconvenience during our stay - there was no doorbell in the rooms. It would have been handy to have a doorbell for added convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious Loft Suite and the luxurious bathroom. The jacuzzi tub with the "shiny diamond style" wall surrounding it was simply stunning. The extra long couch and the cozy fireplace added to the overall ambiance of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. I absolutely loved my stay at Royalton. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a prime area, the spacious and well-decorated rooms are equipped with modern bathrooms. The lobby area is cozy, and the fireplace adds a nice touch. The staff is helpful and responded quickly to our needs. Good value for money considering the central location.

This hotel is located in a really good area for nearby sightseeing, with Broadway theatres and Rockefeller Center a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making checking in and out a breeze. The room itself was comfortable with a comfy bed and good basic amenities such as a mini-bar and fireplace on upper floors. Plus, the included breakfast was just what we needed to start the day off right.

The basic room was on the small side and lacked a view, but this was to be expected for a midtown hotel. Additionally, the lack of in-room conveniences such as coffee makers and water bottles was a bit inconvenient.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and were not disappointed. The location is prime, just a block from Times Square. The room had a chic and sexy ambiance, with plush bedding that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The music streaming was smooth and tranquil, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel had a fresh aroma and the toiletries were outstanding. Housekeeping did an excellent job and the bathroom felt like a spa with its dimmers and upgraded fixtures. The room aesthetics were top-notch, with a nice touch of an alcove bed. The fully stocked mini-bar was a convenient feature, and the customer service was spectacular. Plenty of plugs, outlets, and USB ports made it easy to charge our devices.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel during our recent city trip. The check-in process was easy and the staff at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel was great as it was centrally located, making it convenient for us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. the hotel charged for internet access, which we felt was unnecessary since wireless internet is so common nowadays.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Royalton. I was in town for meetings and stayed for a few nights. The room was always spotlessly clean and incredibly quiet. The bed and linens were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to my meetings. The shower was a standout, with plentiful hot water and great water pressure. The bellmen were attentive and went out of their way to assist.

This hotel is in a very nice area right near Bryant Park, making it a great location for nearby sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, and I especially loved the one with a nice round bathtub. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they paid attention to every detail. Additionally, the prices offered by the hotel were great value for money, with breakfast included.

The only small issue was the weird AC in the room, which could sometimes get either too hot or too cold. But overall, everything was ok.

We loved staying here, as everything was within walking distance, from tourist attractions to shopping and dining spots. The area is very nice and we enjoyed being close to Bryant Park. The staff, from the doorman to the receptionist, were excellent. They provided us with timely service and were very helpful. Plus, the rooms are well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and an in-room safe. Toiletries are provided, and there's a television and a telephone in the room as well.

Although we did not use it, the hotel has a fitness center and leisure/TV room, and there's a bar/lounge area and a restaurant that serves continental breakfast. The lift is very convenient, and we did not have to worry about our luggage, as there was a luggage storage facility available.

The room size was acceptable, and the comfortable large bed was amazing for a good night's sleep after a busy day. The bathroom was spacious and provided generous bathing supplies, great for relaxing after a long day at work. There was also fast room service with a very responsive staff, which was a huge plus.

the cost of WIFI in the room was an additional charge, and there were no complimentary tea or coffee supplies provided. Another drawback was the lack of free TV channels, and the lighting in the reception and lobby area was almost too dim for comfortable use.
