The location of the hotel was not ideal for those wanting to be closer to San Francisco, as it took between 30-60 minutes to travel by car. The traffic could also be a problem, especially on El Camino Real.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive away from San Francisco. We were able to easily explore the city and then come back to a peaceful and quiet hotel. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and everything was well-stocked. We especially loved the make-your-own waffle machines, they were a hit!

The room layout was great, with a separate living room and kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and there were two complementary items in the room which I appreciated. Location-wise, the hotel was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other amenities which made it very convenient.

The front desk staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about certain things, and I had some issues with the TV channels and the sofa bed. There was also a limited selection of vegetarian options at breakfast, which could have been improved.
