I would have appreciated a more considerate attitude from some of the younger members of the staff, especially towards fellow senior guests.

The 24-hour shuttle service to the casino was a godsend. It felt like having a personal chauffeur at my beck and call. The convenience of hopping on and off without having to worry about parking made me feel like a high roller!

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel for four nights during my road trip in the USA. It was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in four weeks! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, and I loved the woodslat flooring and absence of carpet. The location was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch - from the saltwater pool and hot tub to the outside firepit and recreational facilities. The breakfasts were delicious, and the employee in the breakfast area was fantastic - so friendly and helpful. it was an amazing stay and the service was exceptional.
