The hotel's grand décor and spacious common areas made it easy for us elders to navigate. The children of the staff were exceptionally helpful in aiding us during our stay.

Traveling with my family for a weekend getaway, we had an incredible stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff exceeded our expectations, ensuring our comfort from check-in to check-out. The spacious and clean room easily accommodated our family of four. The well-maintained gym and inviting pool with a friendly pool bar added to our enjoyable experience. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to everything, including the aquarium. The bathroom was a standout, with a hot shower and great water pressure. The comfortable beds, large TV, and efficient elevators only enhanced our stay.

Our one night stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, right by the Inner Harbor. The staff was very accommodating when we had a noisy neighbor and quickly moved us to a new room. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the Bay, with a nice view of the stores surrounding the water. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms met our needs, and we were pleased with the included breakfast.

One minor issue was that the room temperature was a bit too warm and the thermostat seemed to have limited control. However, it was overall a satisfying stay.

The hotel provided free cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby, which was a nice touch for the holiday season. The location was great, as we were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in the area. Plus, the views of the harbor were beautiful from our room.

I had a fabulous time at a fancy hotel with an amazing workout facility, delicious food, and colorful decor. It was conveniently located near attractions.

Such a shame the showers couldn't decide on a consistent temperature. Who needs a relaxing shower experience anyway?

My spouse had an early morning procedure at Johns Hopkins Hospital, so the location was perfect for us -- just two miles from the hospital. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous and efficient. Our checkout process at 5 a.m. went very smoothly -- no surprises. The parking was convenient and offered self-parking and valet parking. The extra fee for parking was reasonable for the area. We felt very safe on the hotel premises, especially with the elevators requiring a scan of the room keycard in order to access upper floors. The bay view room was fantastic, and the location was great with shops and restaurants just across the street. The Inner Harbor sights were also within a few minutes walking distance, so we didn't have to drive anywhere and could easily see all the sights.
