The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently located near major highways and had plenty of nearby dining options. Parking was also readily available, which was a plus. Additionally, the facilities were generally clean and maintained a peaceful ambiance.

Furthermore, there was an issue with the shower head, which had mildew on it. Lastly, even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on our door, housekeeping still entered our room without permission.

The staff at Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock were amazing, from the cleaning staff who provided fresh towels and made our bed everyday, to the kitchen staff who prepared breakfast, and the front desk guy who checked us in. The location was great, with a cozy bar and restaurant on site. The room was modern and clean, with a large flat-screen TV, great bed, and amenities like a coffee maker and mini fridge.
