Lack of Information - The hotel staff seemed to be uninformed about some important events happening in the area. This lack of knowledge made it difficult for us to plan our activities properly.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the Alabama sporting events, including the Coliseum for gymnastics. I especially enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon at the pool, where I even had room service delivered to my lounge chair.

What a great Thanksgiving experience! The free cookies and hot cocoa was a lovely touch, and the complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was superb, being just a stone's throw away from all the campus events. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, especially the ones overlooking the lake.

The sleep quality suffered a bit due to the air-conditioning, which took a while to cool the room down as we arrived. , the shower controls were placed inside the enclosure which made it difficult to turn on.
