This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and excellent attention to detail. The location is perfect for visiting the clinic or even exploring the local art museum. From the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk to the restaurant, the service is top-notch. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated that breakfast was included in our rate, making our stay even more convenient.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Cleveland for a visit to the Cleveland Clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding of our circumstances. They were accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere. The restaurant had an exceptional cook who was compassionate towards my son's dietary restrictions, even straining the soup and leaving a heartfelt note. The shuttle service to the clinic and nearby restaurants was efficient and the drivers were friendly and prompt. a great experience!

One of the drawbacks of the hotel is its location in a somewhat shady area, with a high number of homeless people and panhandlers in the vicinity. While the hotel has security measures in place, it can still be a bit unnerving to encounter them when outside.
