The Gateway Hotel in Seward exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing, the room spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the bay and mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The hotel's attention to detail, especially for wheelchair accessibility, was commendable. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay near the harbor was fantastic. I enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a fridge. It was great to see the spawning salmon in the stream out back.

The soundproofing was lacking, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at night.

I had such a great stay at Gateway! The hotel had a modern, clean, and bright atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location was also amazing, right in the heart of town and within walking distance to everything. The only small downsides were the thin walls, which meant I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, and the shower stall being a bit small for taller guests. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. my stay was very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.
