The hotel offered complementary holiday turkey and cranberry sauce, which was a fantastic addition to our Thanksgiving! The room was spacious and had a magnificent view of the serene lake. We appreciated the easily accessible location which was perfect for visiting nearby family and friends.

The breakfast was lackluster. The variety was limited and the food appeared to be of low quality.

The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp sheets and plenty of towels. The location was convenient, with a delicious Carrabas restaurant next door. we had a great experience at Four Points By Sheraton Charlotte - Lake Norman.
