The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the manager William Rossman. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a room reserved and even gave us a better rate than our original booking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. We loved having access to the microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the room. The staff even provided us with a vase for the flowers I received on Valentine's Day. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff.
