The location of this hotel is very convenient, with several fast food and stores nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with two comfortable king beds. The staff is friendly and professional. Guests are allowed to check in early, which is great for those arriving from out of town. There is also easy access to amenities, which are well maintained.

One negative aspect is that there is no free breakfast available, although there is an option to order freshly made breakfast for a fee.

Great location for shopping, clean rooms, friendly staff, early check-in for low-budget travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. I particularly loved the convenience of having two king size beds in my room. The location was perfect, just across the street from the hospital where I needed to be. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The hotel was also close to shopping areas, which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location.

the pet fee of $75 seemed excessive, especially since my well-behaved hypoallergenic dog didn't leave behind any issues. Finally, it was frustrating that the rates seemed inflated due to local events, as it felt like price gouging.
