Nothing could have been better.

The hotel offered free internet throughout the stay, which was convenient for my business needs. The staff was polite and friendly, always greeting us when we entered the lobby. The hotel was also located in an area with lots of food and shopping options within easy walking distance. Additionally, it was just a short 5-10 minute ride to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city after work.

The main downside of the hotel was the price. I found it to be overpriced for the quality and amenities provided.

The food was tasty and there was plenty to do nearby.

Great Hotel, Great Location! The hotel was located in a convenient area, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was also just a short drive to other popular areas such as Hyde Park Square and Downtown Cincinnati. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bedding and pillows, and enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep despite our room overlooking the highway.

Lack of Loyalty Appreciation. The front desk employees seemed indifferent and had an arrogant demeanor.
