Best aspects of our xmas stay: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location was convenient and easy to find, just off the highway. We also enjoyed the free cookies and coffee in the lobby, a nice touch for the holiday season.

Worst aspects of our xmas stay: There was a large group of unruly kids and their parents staying at the hotel during our visit. They were loud, disruptive, and unsupervised, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic time during our recent city break! The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and quick. The hot tub and pool area were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hot tub actually hot, not just warm. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food, and the attendant was amazing at keeping everything stocked. Those waffles were absolutely delicious!

One downside was the lack of an elevator. It was a bit challenging to carry our luggage upstairs, especially after a long day exploring the city.
