We had a great stay at Sonder The Hampstead. The apartment was comfortable and up to date, with everything we needed. The little balcony was a nice touch. Despite a small issue with our apartment door code, the helpful staff worked diligently to fix it. The area felt safe and there was a convenient 7/11 nearby.

Quick access to downtown and secure parking were the best aspects of my stay. The location was key for my business trip, and it was good to know that my car was safe. , the landscaping was very nice, providing a pleasing atmosphere.

The worst aspects of my stay were the access codes. I had trouble with them every day, including gate code problems even at midnight and 30-60 minute phone calls to get help.

The cleanliness inside the building could have been better, as there was sticky and slick stuff on the floor near the elevator.
