My recent stay in this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect with stunning views of the bay. The spacious room had a modern and well-equipped bathroom, making our stay more comfortable. The service we received was top-notch, and the breakfast was a delicious and varied feast. The hotel facilities and amenities were outstanding, from the gym to the pool to the on-site parking.

This hotel in the Benicia area exceeded our expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb, from the clean and inviting property to the well-staffed dining area. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a whirlpool tub and kitchenette, added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Parking close to the front door was a bit challenging, but overall, everything was alright.

My stay at Best Western Plus was fantastic. The spacious room with a king whirlpool was a great value for the price. The hotel's convenient location near Safeway and popular food spots like Starbucks and Nation's Giant Hamburgers made it even better. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

This hotel was a gem! Cleanliness was top-notch, I could eat off the floor. The facilities were great, and the parking was convenient. The hotel was located in a very quiet neighborhood, down the hill from San Francisco. After a disappointing stay at another Best Western in Reno, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a good choice of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, providing us with a shower chair when requested. The location was great, with easy access from the parking lot to the room. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat, especially the waffles and fresh oranges. Our 12-year-old daughter loved the pool.

The cost of the rooms was quite steep, which limited the length of our stay. The breakfast setup was a bit confusing, as we expected to have a choice of items but were given a bag instead.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location near the 80 & 680 freeways on the NE corner of the SF Bay Area. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and nice amenities like a kitchenette and Jacuzzi tub. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast spread was decent, and the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. They also offered complimentary parking and Wi-Fi which was a great relief. The hotel was also situated in a prime location, near numerous restaurants and shopping centers.

The receptionist at check-in was incompetent and unprofessional, which left a bad first impression. there was a hassle with the room reservation.
