My boyfriend and I stayed at Best Western Plus Executive for a week during our winter trip to Virginia. Sharron, the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind and hardworking. The room was clean and quiet, with a hot shower perfect for chilly Floridians. The front desk, especially Nicole in the evening, was helpful and attentive. If all hotels had employees like Nicole, traveling would be even better.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to downtown and a variety of restaurants and stores. The staff, especially Tasha at check-in, was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was decent and they even had a complimentary coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Parking was plentiful and the location offered a variety of food options. The hotel was also conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive to the museum area and Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Our stay at Best Western was fantastic! We stayed for a few nights while visiting Virginia in the winter. While there were a couple of minor issues, such as temperature fluctuations in the shower and a few stains on the bedspread, they did not detract from our overall positive experience.
