Great room size and comfortable bed. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient for my city break. I loved that it was close to popular attractions and amenities. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Check-in process took longer than expected due to a lengthy conversation between the clerk and another customer. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, as they were made of hard foam rubber.

The continental breakfast had a nice variety and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially Glenn at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He personally showed us to our room and even replaced our key cards when they didn't work. The room was clean and comfortable, and Glenn even mailed my lost driver's license back to me. Denise and Angel were also excellent, providing friendly and accommodating service. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the pool and grounds were also clean. I was pleased with the decent parking space available. The location was extremely close to the LDS temple, many restaurants, and the event we came to Mesa for.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was convenient for me as it was close to the Mesa Convention Center, where I was attending an event. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a nice variety of items and the beds were very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at Azure! The staff, specifically Gene, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The tall shower was a pleasant surprise for someone like me who is taller than average. It made my showers so much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and the Light Rail. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering a discount for our anniversary. The deluxe king suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room was absolutely amazing. Being able to relax in the hot tub while watching TV was a unique and enjoyable experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel also had a cool pool area with a spa and even provided squirt guns for some added fun.

there were some issues with the hotel charging my card twice for the room, and the manager's response was unprofessional and rude. This negative experience dampened an otherwise wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at the Azure Hotel in Mesa! We were in town for a concert at The Nile Theatre and the location was perfect, right along the Metro Light Rail. The staff, especially Annette, were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing after a long drive. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent customer service!

Cleanliness and comfort of the room, great value for the price, convenience to local destinations, well-stocked towels and bathroom needs, quick response from staff, recent upgrades to the facility.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Azure. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The room was immaculately clean and tidy, and the temperature was just perfect when we entered. The shower was a standout feature for me, as it was tall enough to accommodate my 6-foot height comfortably. This is something you don't often find in hotels, so it was a major plus. Another highlight was the size of the television in the room. It was just the right size for a relaxing evening of watching movies.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to our stay. The parking lot was plain, and there was an empty dirt lot behind it, which could have been utilized better.
