Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Boone was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and it was easy to find parking despite the ongoing renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The staff was accommodating, and they promptly resolved an issue with our fridge by moving us to another room. Although the breakfast area was under construction, we found plenty of dining options nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we had a positive experience at the Holiday Inn in Boone.

The staff were amazing- the lady working the breakfast area never stopped refilling things and making sure everything was good. Also, the front desk staff were super nice to my little ones- gave them hugs and high-fives as we left! As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible amenities provided.

He provided us with great recommendations for local dining options and even arranged for a more accessible room for our handicapped friend. As young holiday goers, we loved the well-appointed and clean rooms at this hotel. The easily accessible plugs and USB charging stations were a convenient feature. The spacious shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location was also convenient to the downtown district. Joseph at the front desk was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. we had a great stay and felt that we got great value for our money.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the clean and modern room at the Holiday Inn - Boone. The AC worked perfectly to keep us cool during our stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff person we encountered was genuinely one of the nicest people we've ever met. Their warm smile and wealth of information about the area made our stay even more enjoyable.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we arrived. We had requested connected rooms for our family, and they ensured that our rooms were indeed connected. They even fixed the key assignment for us, making our check-in process much smoother.

We definitely got our money's worth with the new beds, they were incredibly comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, and provided a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
