The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. The bar food was excellent, with a great selection, and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect for a family event, with a reception area that was spacious and well-suited for the occasion.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at Park Hotel in Liverpool for a few nights. The location was convenient, especially for those traveling by car. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options and reasonable prices. The hotel had a modern and clean entrance area, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the lovely cage with the birds.

the park hotel was an exceptional experience. after a previous stay in liverpool, i was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff, amazing food, and comfortable accommodations. everything from the room to the breakfast exceeded my expectations. looking forward to coming back later in the year.

Navigation difficulties.

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The receptionist was very nice and made us feel welcome. The furniture in the common areas was also nice and comfortable.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The noise from the police cars and vans arriving at the station up the road with sirens on was a bit disturbing, especially during the late hours of the night.

Easy to find, ample parking, charming rooms, spotless cleanliness. Slightly warm, but adjustable. Strong Wi-Fi, delightful breakfast, and courteous staff.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, close to some fantastic restaurants, including a very good Indian restaurant just a mile away. It's also not far from the race course and reasonably close to Aintree train station. The rooms on the top floor are well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities and the windows can be opened for fresh air. The friendly staff ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast options, including the choice of cooked items, are excellent. All this at a very good price!

Convenient Location: This hotel is well-situated, close to the event we attended at Aintree and within easy reach of some fantastic restaurants, including a highly recommended Indian just a mile away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the location close to the event we were attending at Aintree. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had basic but nice facilities. It was easy to get around with the bus stop just around the corner, and the hotel also provided a courtesy bus to the racecourse.

Almost perfect. The only negative aspect was that the hotel was further away from the city center than we were told.

The location was great, very convenient for what we wanted to do. The breakfast was included and offered a variety of options, which was a plus. We also appreciated the bar and restaurant options on site, which saved us from going out in the rain on our first night.

Although the hotel looked modern and stylish, the service was not up to par. The staff didn't interact much and didn't seem interested in making our stay pleasant.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is right on a very busy road with many trucks passing by. Additionally, it is close to the event we were attending at Aintree and there are some very nice restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Indian restaurant only a mile away. The hotel is also near a hospital, which could be helpful in case of any emergencies.

The noise from the busy road and constant traffic may be a bit disruptive for a peaceful stay.
