Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location, just a short walk to the town and castle. Welcoming staff and clean rooms. Enjoyed dinner at the bar, with friendly and helpful waiter. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was a bonus, and the food was very good.

Difficulties with shower control and windows. The room was not as expected, with a double and single bed instead of a twin.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool with its steam room and sauna. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast provided was also delicious.

This hotel is perfectly located, right outside the city walls and a short walk from the town centre. The outside restaurant in the entranceway is lovely, and breakfast is served early at 7.15am to cater to all tastes, including for vegetarians and vegans. The rooms are spacious, with big toilets and some with huge bathrooms. The service and staff are fantastic, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided.

During our stay, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the centre of town. We were able to explore Caernarfon easily and had the convenience of restaurants and bars nearby. The room we stayed in was comfortable with a nice big comfy bed, providing us with a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, continental and full English options.

The bathroom in our room left much to be desired. The paint was peeling off the bath screen and the cleanliness of the bath and shower was questionable.

Great location for exploring Caernarfon, Snowdonia National Park, and Anglesea. Opulent hotel with oak paneling and comfortable rooms. Tasty buffet breakfast and excellent food in the bar. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Dimitrov who went out of his way to accommodate a disabled guest. Good value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was impressed by the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location right next to the lovely old town center. I could easily walk to all the attractions and shops in Caernarfon, which made exploring the area a breeze.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I have no complaints. Everything was just as I expected and I had a wonderful time.
