Our stay at W in Koh Samui was worth every penny. The room was fantastic and the value for money was excellent. The location was just perfect, with beautiful scenic views. The staff treated us with utmost care and provided excellent service.

The menu for breakfast could be more diverse, offering a wider variety of options to choose from.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the villa pool was a lovely addition. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. our honeymoon experience at W was truly memorable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The private pool villa was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic view of the beach. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa which was excellent. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've ever had, with a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Kitty made extraordinary executive decisions that rescued an otherwise disappointing Christmas dinner buffet. The bathroom amenities were outstanding, including face wash and everything you could ask for. We were impressed by the extraordinary service provided by the duty manager, Mario, and the R&B Manager, Charungsak. We also loved the unique touch of the "floating" pods in the reception area.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the helpful staff and their willingness to assist us. The extra facilities provided were a great help and the spacious rooms were perfect for our needs. The villa pool was a lovely bonus and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The view from the hotel was stunning and having the beach right in our own garden was an absolute delight.

We had a romantic getaway and there were some things we enjoyed about our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant. The private beach was a nice touch and we loved having our villa with a private pool and beach access. The lobby was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, the location was away from the busy areas, which gave us a peaceful and relaxing stay.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. The mosquitoes were a constant issue and the repellents provided did not work effectively.

The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. But the best aspect of all was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect, creating a romantic and beautiful atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable.

Fabulous views and exceptional service. During our stay at W Koh Samui, we were treated like VIP guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. We were welcomed with a surprise birthday cake for our daughter and upgraded to a stunning sea view villa. The service at every level, from the buggy crew to the breakfast and dinner staff, was top-notch. The meals were delicious and catered to our special requests, including those for our toddler. The resort's main pool and beach offered amazing views, making our stay even more memorable. The spa treatment and fitness center were also excellent. We were impressed by the attention to detail and personalized service throughout our stay. I highly recommend W Koh Samui for a truly fabulous experience.

Stunning private pool villa with incredible facilities. Enjoyed daily activities and memorable Muay Thai experience. Super friendly and attentive staff. Complimentary birthday cake was a highlight. Room prep and evening turn down service was a nice touch. Fabulous breakfast with delightful morning Champagne. Hammocks on private beach with bar service made the holiday perfect.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for 3 nights and it exceeded all expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs. The infinity pool and stunning beach access were perfect for relaxing. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic with a variety of treatments available, as well as sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. The restaurant served amazing food, with plentiful buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast available.

The only minor issue we encountered was the mosquitoes in our room. Despite the hotel's efforts to provide bug spray and keep them out during cleaning, they were still present.

The breakfast was great, with lots of variety and tasty options. Plus, the ocean view from the restaurant was stunning. , the location was convenient as it was close to the airport and had easy access to tourist attractions.

Our experience was marred by a noisy room and poor service. The room was located near a busy street, which made it hard to sleep at night.
