We had an amazing stay at a hotel very close to the beautiful Bangniang beach. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool access and the immaculate grounds. Additionally, the location was ideal, with some lovely restaurants nearby and a little shop right outside the gates.

The gala dinner was quite expensive for what it offered.

The hotel had a fantastic design with pool access rooms and a main pool with a swim-up bar. There was plenty of space for sunning and swimming, creating a relaxed vibe. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops close by, and the beach was just a short walk away.

Nothing bad to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had an amazing stay at The Waters By Katathani - Sha Extra Plus in Khao Lak. The hotel had a serene atmosphere, with spacious and clean pools surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The Bath romance room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a hairdryer and kettle. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center and plenty of seating by the pool.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

the waters by katathani was a delightful surprise during our stay in khao lak. the room was immaculate and the pool area was so inviting. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. we especially loved the beautiful towel layouts on our bed each day!

During my recent business trip, I found the hotel to have a pleasant ambiance with friendly staff who were welcoming. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and laundry options close by. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, which made for a good start to the day.

I felt let down by the tired appearance of the property and my room, which needed a total refitting. The grounds were pretty, but the pool area seemed to lack maintenance.
