During our Christmas vacation, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary snacks and drinks upon our arrival. The location of the hotel, right on the beach, was absolutely stunning and allowed us to easily take advantage of all the water activities provided. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and souvenirs.

We were disappointed to find some of the advertised facilities were not available during our stay. the staff seemed overwhelmed and often gave conflicting information.

We also enjoyed dining at the beach restaurant, which offered delicious meals. Despite the minor inconvenience of limited Wi-Fi access and shuttle service, overall we had a satisfactory stay at the hotel.
