We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool was a highlight, with its convenient opening hours and affordable cocktail service. We also appreciated the free mini-van service that took us to popular tourist attractions, such as Patong Beach. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from both the beach and the vibrant nightlife of the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided plenty of choices and the staff, especially Chatz from the restaurant and bar, were incredibly hospitable.

The spa was a highlight of our stay, with Mook providing excellent treatments and advice for our health. this place provided everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa By Tolani - Sha Extra Plus. The resort is huge, with two separate buildings, and we stayed in the building at the back, which was quiet and peaceful. The two pools were large and inviting, perfect for relaxing and swimming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service was a nice touch. The location of the resort was great, just a short walk to Patong beach and Bangla road. There were also plenty of shops, ATMs, and restaurants right outside the hotel. we were very happy with our stay.

I especially loved the poolside area, it was so relaxing. They also had a cloak room for luggage keeping, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options catering to different nationalities and dietary requirements. Got two complementary items which was a nice surprise. The location was great, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Another advantage was the quietness of the resort making it a comfortable stay.

The service provided here is great. They offer everything you need. Extensive menu and free fruit twice during our two-week stay. Nice, clean pool with balls and a baby pool. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Deluxe room with direct pool access is convenient for morning meals at the restaurant.

The hotel was really clean and modern, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was affordable and had a lovely clean and modern decor. The spa treatment we had was amazing, with a steam, scrub, facial, and massage - it was total heaven! The breakfast buffet was also great. Another advantage was the accessibility of the hotel, with lots of ramps and lifts available. Plus, the location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping centers, markets, and nightlife.

The food in the restaurant, which was overpriced and not great. I ordered a seafood pineapple fried rice and it was average, with the added disappointment of chopped ham/bacon that wasn't mentioned on the menu.
