We had an amazing anniversary trip at Pavilion Samui. The staff were attentive and welcoming, greeting us personally and remembering us throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options from different cuisines. Despite the storm during our visit, we were never bored and instead, we were left impressed and wanting to stay longer. The spa experience was also excellent.

Lovely hydro pool villa. Relaxing resort with private beach, ocean views. Easy access to action. Comfortable bed, fabulous room. Well-equipped and quiet. Good location and great facilities. Pleasant staff, amazing food.

We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the stunning beachfront view from our room. The hotel's location was ideal for our romantic escape. We appreciated the variety of cocktails offered at the bar and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa services were also very relaxing.

The room was not as clean as we expected, with some noticeable dust and stains on the furniture. The staff did not seem very interested or helpful when we pointed out these issues.

The grounds are well-maintained with lush tropical vegetation.

Some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning in their rooms, which affected their comfort during their stay.

The staffs at Pavilion were incredibly helpful and greeted us with a big smile. They even assisted us with our wedding proposal at our villa. Great location, nice villa, and impressive service from the ground people.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The exclusive amenities provided were absolutely luxurious, from the infinity pool to the sun loungers on the beachfront. The service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch. The restaurant offered delicious dinner options and the outdoor dining area was stunning. The private facilities were very exclusive and made us feel like royalty. The location advantages were unbeatable, with easy beach access and a gorgeous garden area to enjoy.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a BBQ facility. However, this was not a deal-breaker as there were many other dining options available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and bars nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable vacation.

The hotel also has its own Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby, with good quality food and room service. The swimming pools are clean and not overcrowded, and there is easy beach access with showers and sunbeds. The location is ideal with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel is also reasonably distanced from noisy areas. The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious, well-equipped, and had a private swimming pool. the location, staff, and amenities made us feel right at home.

We felt very well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble for the attentive staff members.
