We loved the trendy location in Nimman, with Maya Lifestyle Center just a short walk away. The staff at Kokotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived early. The room was spacious and clean, and we really appreciated having a coffee shop right in front of the hotel. The triple sharing room was a great feature, with three comfortable beds for all of us. The food at the hotel was also delicious. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Chiang Mai!

The breakfast spread was good and we appreciated the laundry service at a reasonable cost. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. There was a complimentary shuttle service which was a great bonus, making it easy to explore the area further without having to walk for long.

This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to hallway noise, traffic noise and even planes flying overhead. the rooms were not always as requested which was frustrating.

Clean rooms, basic amenities provided. Quick and polite staff. Cold water dispenser in hallway for refilling bottles. Convenient location near Nimman road. Children enjoyed the garden.

We had a great stay at Kokotel! The room was clean and nicely decorated, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to assist us. We especially loved the eco-friendly initiative of providing reusable glass bottles for water refills instead of plastic bottles. Although the location was a bit confusing, it wasn't difficult to find. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai.

This hotel is perfect for those on a budget. Its prices are more than reasonable for its quality and attention to detail. The location is great, right next to the trendy Nimman district as well as near the airport. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities you could need, including a super comfortable bed and a great view over DOI Suthep. And let's not forget the great breakfast!
