Welcoming staff, good location, great facilities, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms with private pool

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a major mall, making it easy to access a range of shopping and dining options. Additionally, it is so close to the beach that guests can easily walk from the hotel to the sandy shores. The resting area just above the beachfront provides a perfect spot for relaxation and soaking up the stunning views.

The noise from the main road near the blue port wing can be bothersome at times.

Good location with free waterpark entry and shuttle. Close to BluePort mall with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery shop. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and amazing pool. Child-friendly with kids' menu and activities. Friendly and accommodating service. Variety of food at breakfast.

Great view from the room and friendly staff. The breakfast had a lot of options and the pool was beautiful. The location was convenient and close to a shopping center and market.

Our romantic escape was unfortunately ruined by the terrible spa experience. The masseuse was unprofessional and there was no ambiance in the room, just a basic guest room.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The level of service at this hotel is exceptional and every need we had was fulfilled. The luxurious amenities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, allowed us to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the tasty dinner at the restaurant and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.

Although this hotel is near a shopping mall and other attractions, we found the location to be a bit isolated. While the swimming pool was lovely, we wished there were more sun loungers available.
