Pickup service was great. Honeymoon bed setting provided. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet in the night. Close to nightlife, but peaceful at the hotel.

We stayed at Coco Bella for a week and had a fantastic time. Our deluxe direct pool access room was perfect with its private balcony and easy pool access. The pool itself was lovely and offered plenty of sunbathing options. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging activities for us and even allowing us to check out later at no extra cost. A big thank you to the reception ladies and David Beckham for the amazing boat trip. This hotel is great value for money and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Phi Phi.

I absolutely loved my stay at Coco Bella in Ko Phi Phi! The central location was perfect, with everything within close proximity. The pool was big, clean, and a great place to relax. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which were incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The aircon worked perfectly, keeping us cool in the tropical heat. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service from the pier, eliminating the need to carry our luggage. The staff were friendly and even surprised my friend with a birthday treat. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!

This hotel is fantastic! First of all, its location is great. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance to the party area and local restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, with two double beds and an air con that works great even on the lowest setting. The hotel is also very clean and recently refurbished, which is always a plus. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ko Phi Phi and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal - it was really close to the beach, allowing easy access to the crystal-clear waters and stunning views. Additionally, the hotel was right in the middle of the action, but still managed to maintain a sense of tranquility, as it was just 100m from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The basic amenities provided were perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. They were clean, recently refurbished, and had the bonus of having two double beds, perfect for a group of friends or a small family. Finally, the breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of options to suit different tastes, setting me up for a great day of exploring the island.

While there were a few minor issues, overall, my stay at this hotel was great and I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Coco Bella! The beautiful pool and convenient location near restaurants and the beach made our experience even better. The friendly pick-up service guys were a nice touch. Although the room was small, it was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options with a helpful and friendly staff. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant, where the food was above average. Additionally, the bag pick-up service to and from the ferry pier was excellent. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Coco Bella Hotel.

The pool and location were great. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to the pier and the beautiful Loh Dalum beach. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance, including many restaurants where we could try delicious local dishes.

The reception staff were quite unhelpful and unfriendly. They lacked basic customer service skills, making us feel unwelcome.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by tropical vibes. The hotel even provided a convenient luggage pickup service. My room had pool access, which was definitely worth it for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Plus, having my own fridge was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel.
