We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, especially Amanda, who was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and trendy atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and had unique decor. The location was perfect, right off of Ashford and close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the fact that there was parking available. this hotel provided a clean and enjoyable experience.

Additionally, the hotel's rooftop bar provides a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset while sipping on delicious cocktails.

The staff was unhelpful and ignored our requests, leading to an uncomfortable stay. The room was poorly maintained, with rotten lemons on display and a loud and visible air conditioning unit.

The restaurant had a wide selection of dishes, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient with many restaurants just a short walk away.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the Spa & wellness center didn't appear to be onsite. But we didn't let that spoil our experience as there were still many other luxurious amenities on offer.
