We loved the convenient location in the heart of old town, close to historic sites, the cruise terminal, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooftop with its pretty ocean view added to the charm of the hotel. The unique and fun style gave the place character, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Monastery Art. The location was perfect for exploring the charm of Old San Juan. My suite was beautifully decorated, and I loved the sunny balcony overlooking Calle Cristo. The secure wireless access was reliable, and I had no issues with getting work done. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and the quiet interior rooms provided a peaceful retreat. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a highlight over the weekend, and the staff was always available with helpful suggestions and tips.

The lack of elevators was a bit of a downside, as we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. the narrow and busy streets made it tough for us to get a taxi to drop off or pick us up, which was frustrating.
