The hotel was absolutely beautiful, set in an old coconut plantation. The large room and bathroom were attended to twice per day. The staff around the beach and pool were friendly. The attention to detail and service were exceptional.

I gotta say, the value for the money was totally worth it. The room was huge, with a spacious bathroom, and the hotel staff made sure everything was taken care of not once, but twice a day. The location was just stunning, set in a former coconut plantation. And talk about friendly staff! Whether it was at the beach or the pool, the service was impeccable. They really paid attention to all the little details.

Now, if there was one thing that could've made breakfast even better, it would have been more options. There was this one thing missing that could've taken it to the next level.

Beautiful location with stunning ocean views and breathtaking landscape. Luxurious rooms with outdoor showers and doors that open to the ocean view. Excellent food and variety of options in the restaurants. Impressed by the dinner at Coa with a simple yet well-executed menu and a wine specialist who provided great recommendations. Amazing sushi and Asian menu in Positivo, with creative flavours and freshness. Delicious cocktails made by Jesse, the bartender at Positivo.

Poor service, not up to the expected level of a luxury hotel. Unorganized and unfulfilled requests from the butler service.
