The location of the hotel was perfect, close to main roads and the river bank. The staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and professionalism, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Mariana, Sérgio, Diogo, and Cristiana for their outstanding service.

The only minor issue we had was with the menu for breakfast. It would be great if they could improve the presentation and taste of the sandwiches in the breakfast box for early departure.
