The heated indoor pool and sauna were exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to relax. we had a lovely and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was exceptional, close to the attractions of Miraflores and in the center of the city.

Ons hotel lag op een geweldige locatie, vlak bij een voetgangersstraat en dicht bij het Majestic Cafe, een klassieker. Midden in het centrum van de stad, dus alles was gemakkelijk te bereiken. De lobby, bar en ontbijtruimte waren prachtig en hadden een 'paleis-achtige uitstraling'. Het personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Een leuk extraatje was de mogelijkheid om te parkeren met korting in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage, en de taxi was goedkoop om weer terug te komen naar het hotel. Wel jammer dat er een obstakel op straat stond.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed two key aspects of the hotel. the friendly and helpful staff made our experience truly enjoyable. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Secondly, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions and restaurants.

There were a couple of aspects that detracted from our overall experience. the pool and spa facilities did not feel clean and well-maintained.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable beds and soft comforters in the rooms. It felt like sleeping on a cloud after a long day of sightseeing. Another highlight was the outstanding restaurant at the hotel. The chefs truly know their stuff, and we had the best ceviche and tiradito we've ever tasted. The seafood risotto was also amazing. We were blown away by the flavors and quality of the food. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation options, making it easy for us to get around.

While our stay was overall great, there were a couple of small inconveniences. the front desk staff was a bit rude during check-in.

The hotel had super comfy beds and I got a free upgrade to a superior suite upon booking. Some of the staff were really friendly and the hotel facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym were great. The location was also fantastic, as it was in the center of the Miraflores region and close to the sea side.
