We had a fantastic stay at Sofitel! The staff were very nice and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was great, with good facilities including a nice pool and a variety of breakfast and lunch options. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit provided. The spa treatments, including a facial, hammam scrub, and massage, were enjoyable, although nothing extraordinary. Special mention goes to Zina in the spa, Zaki in the restaurant, and Fatima for the lovely surprises on my birthday. the service was excellent and we will definitely be back.

The staff were accommodating and sweet, beautiful outside pool, clean and nice, the breakfast staff were friendly and alert, excellent service from concierge and tour guide.

We loved our stay at Sofitel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One of the highlights was the fantastic dinner at l’orangerie. The atmosphere, service, and food were all outstanding. We also enjoyed the local wine by the glass. The attentive and friendly staff, especially Souhaila and the manager Wiam, made our experience even more memorable. We can't wait to come back soon. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in quieter areas of the gardens and very close to all the attractions in the Medina The Old City. Additionally, there was a Moroccan restaurant on-site where guests could enjoy traditional cuisine.

The room service at the hotel received poor reviews and didn't meet expectations.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was high quality and the facilities were excellent. The restaurant and sommelier were knowledgeable and enjoyable. The service and staff were top-notch, with special mention to Ilham, Farah, Rachida, Bachkar. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complimentary massage and welcome drinks that were offered to me upon arrival. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was in close proximity to historic landmarks and easy to access from the airport. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options that were available each morning.

For example, we were told that a shuttle service would be available for us, but it never materialized. the response time from staff for certain requests was slow and ineffective.

Here we experienced luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. The facilities were phenomenal including the spacious sun terrace, ample sun loungers and a Garden area saturated with verve. The Entertainment and in-room breakfast truly astonished us. We also enjoyed the Snack bar and Bar/lounge area that had a great atmosphere. All the staff was extremely cordial, helpful and attentive to our needs.

The downside of this hotel was the Packed lunches that did not meet our preferences. We desired to have more restaurant options with a wider variety of menus.
