The hotel's location in a construction zone didn't bother me at all. In fact, it added a unique touch to the overall experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool, which was absolutely incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel well-taken care of throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable.

The service was incredible. The lobby/lounge area was comfortable and had a great vibe. The room and bathroom were well-designed and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the wait staff were attentive.

It was all superb.

The homes at this resort are stunning, with two suites on top and a full suite on the bottom. The two entrances with guards give us a sense of security as Americans. The beds are extremely comfortable and the wifi is reliable. The pool is absolutely incredible and worth returning for. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic. The front desk provides excellent customer service upon check-in, and the grounds of the property are beautiful.

The only downside is that the junior suite we stayed in fell short of our expectations for the high price we paid. The furniture and bathroom were below standard for a luxury hotel.

The room at El Cielo Resort was stunning, with beautiful views and a spacious layout. The food served in the on-site restaurants was delicious, and the location of the resort was perfect. I particularly enjoyed the size of the property and the attentive housekeeping staff.

I must mention one specific incident that took away from the overall experience. Despite the high price of the room, there were a few amenities missing, such as a coffee maker, enough wine glasses, and a bottle opener.

The rooms at El Cielo Resort were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere during my stay. The lounge fire areas and pool were also a nice touch, allowing for cozy evenings and enjoyable outdoor experiences. The property itself is beautiful, offering a scenic environment to unwind and explore.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the limited menu and occasional unavailability of certain food items at Latitud 52, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience at the resort.

The transportation system on the property was poorly organized, causing delays and inconvenience. The rooms were not clean or functional, with issues such as a malfunctioning toilet and trash from previous guests.

The luxurious amenities available at this hotel are simply amazing. From the exclusive massage sessions to the delicious menu at the restaurant, this venue caters to guests' every whim. The room advantages were just stunning, and it was refreshing to enjoy a picnic in the outdoor dining area. Location is also a great advantage; I loved the beautiful view from the sun terrace and the lovely garden area.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited space in the swimming pool area, but it didn't cause too much trouble. The service here, however, was top-notch.

I recently stayed at a resort in the Valle de Guadalupe region, where I was able to experience the beauty of nature firsthand. The location was perfect, with the charming Latitude 32 restaurant offering breathtaking views of the surrounding construction zone. Despite the ongoing construction, the room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a well-appointed bathroom. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

There was one aspect of the resort that left a lot to be desired.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and tranquil ground level Master Suite, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The well-maintained grounds and beautiful landscaping provided plenty of walking areas to discover.

During my stay at El Cielo Resort, I was amazed by the incredible pool. I couldn't resist going for a swim multiple times. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about breakfast, which was absolutely delicious!
