In the heart of Tijuana Centro, I had the pleasure of indulging in the full-service spa and its generous jacuzzi. Relaxing in the swivel TV and spacious areas made me feel like a high-rolling celebrity, sans the paparazzi.

Hotel Ticuan welcomed me with a fresh scent of cleanliness and stylish rooms that matched the prices charged. The restaurant and free parking, as stated in the database, added great value to my stay, not to mention the free wifi and breakfast.

The street construction near the hotel resulted in some noise disturbances during my stay, but this is to be expected in a bustling city like Tijuana.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Tijuana and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. The surrounding area was filled with great restaurants, and we even found a popular gastronomic district just a short taxi ride away. The hotel itself was quite modern and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. The bathroom was also impressive, with good water pressure and nice finishes. In addition, the free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. We were disappointed to discover that the hotel charges for towels and enforces strict rules regarding their cleanliness.

Great location on the main street, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The valet service was friendly and efficient. The hotel offers a nice breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was poor, with no response to my inquiries. The check-in staff was not very friendly and seemed to lack customer service skills.

I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I absolutely love the outstanding service and friendly staff. There is a specific waiter who goes above and beyond for me and my family, making us feel welcome and satisfied. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and smartly decorated. I feel safe and secure during my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The master suite was impeccably clean, which is a priority for me. The fresh-smelling sheets and clean towels were a pleasant surprise. The only minor issue was a few stray hairs in the spa tub, but everything else was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with more bubbles for the tub and assisting us with turning on the lights. our stay was wonderful and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location easily accessible to the border and within walking distance to nearby tourist attractions.

I always choose this hotel when I visit this city. A short taxi ride from the border, the location is close to everything I want to do. The reception staff is pleasant and speaks enough English to assist with any needs. The complimentary buffet breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are consistently clean. The beds are very comfortable, with excellent memory foam pillows. There is even a wall safe in the closet to keep valuables secure. Additionally, the hotel has a gym and a spa offering professional massage services. The convenience of having a grocery store, Oxxo, and 7/11 only a block away is a plus. my stays at this hotel have always been enjoyable and meet my expectations.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good selection on the menu. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The hotel had great security features, such as security cameras, a safe in the room, and secure indoor parking. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Ticuan! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They spoke English fluently, which was a huge help as my Spanish is not very good yet. The hotel is in a great location and I could easily walk or take a taxi to explore the city. The restaurant had delicious food and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Ticuan and would highly recommend it!

The only drawback I encountered was the lack of insulation in the rooms, which allowed some noise from the street to filter in. It would be great if the hotel could improve the insulation to make the rooms quieter.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference due to its event facilities and I found them to be well-equipped and suitable for business gatherings. The business center and meeting room were convenient for my work needs. The staff was helpful and the location was ideal for networking after the conference sessions.

The one service I missed for my work was a room service option for late-night working sessions.
