My husband and I had an amazing experience at a boutique hotel in a stunning location. The staff was friendly and always there to assist us. The hotel facilities were beautiful and clean, and the pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony with a breathtaking view. If you want a private beach, spectacular views, and a stunning pool, Secreto has it all! I loved relaxing on the pool deck taking in the incredible views. Although there were a few issues like the aircon not cooling the room and the cold pool, the friendly staff and beautiful decor made up for it. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel in Isla Mujeres and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room had a large, comfortable bed and a spacious deck with a day bed and table for relaxing outside. The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Despite being just a block away from the restaurants and shops, once inside the hotel, it felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and memorable stay in Isla Mujeres.

Friendly staff; big beds; mostly quiet location with the sound of the ocean and wind in the trees. Great pool with beach and ocean views and access. Near North Beach and tourist area. A 10 min stroll from the ferry.

Hotel Secreto was an amazing experience! The rain didn't dampen our fun at all. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The pool was incredible, and our room on the 4th floor was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We're already booked for another visit next month, this time on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast and airport transportation were complimentary, which was great for our budget. The location was convenient, as it was close to the city center and other tourist spots. The view was breathtaking from our room and balcony, and it was the most enjoyable aspect of our stay.

The hotel itself showed age and wear and tear, which made it feel less luxurious. The gym was poorly equipped, and certain areas had high humidity due to the tropical climate, which was not comfortable.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a few nights and were really impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for those who wanted to relax. There was also a Spa & wellness center offering full body massage, head massage, foot massage and back massage for those in need of extra pampering. Moreover, the location advantages cannot be beaten as private facilities were just steps away from the small yet beautiful beach.

We noticed one minor issue during our stay. The bar/lounge area was a bit too crowded and it was tough to find a seat in the evenings.
