New Year at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the complementary drinks and snacks in the room upon arrival, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance and a great view of the city. Another advantage we enjoyed was the rooftop bar, which had an amazing atmosphere and live music.

The noise from the surrounding clubs and bars made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited and served in disposable cups and plates.

The hotel is ideally located right in the center of Playa del Carmen, making it convenient for exploring the city's bustling nightlife. You'll be right next to all the main clubs in the area, giving you easy access to the vibrant party scene. Despite being in a lively area, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning and hot showers. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The location was ideal, right in the middle of everything, close to the Lido Beach Club, Quinta Avenida, 7/11. It offered great value for money and I truly enjoyed my stay.

We loved our stay at the Moonshine Hotel! The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and Avenida 15. The rooms were comfortable and the inner court with the pool and greenery was beautiful. The owner spoke English and was incredibly helpful, even getting us into our room early. We especially enjoyed our family suite with a private jacuzzi on the rooftop. It was so much fun! We'll definitely stay here again one day. 🌟
