We had an awesome time at Crown Paradise Club. The staff in the daycare room were amazing with our kids. The pools were great and the bar staff, especially Neyra, provided fantastic service.

Great facilities for kids, including a water park and playground. Buffet has lots of options, with fresh fish. Quiet gym, comfy beds, and no noise at night. Upgraded to a different side with good view. Delicious and varied food, never bored. Clean rooms, rooftop bar and pool are nice. Awesome helpful staff, always there to assist. Clean resort, no complaints.

The proximity to the port also meant that there were plenty of little markets nearby, providing opportunities for shopping and exploring.

Some guests mentioned that the tile throughout the resort, including the rooms, was slippery when wet. This posed a safety concern as several people, including myself, my mother, and my son, experienced falls.
