We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was amazing, as it was just a street away from Chinatown and within walking distance of everything. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially at the receptionist in and out service. They were able to easily accommodate my request for a late check out. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a trouser press. The free toiletries, refrigerator, and electric kettle were also appreciated. We loved watching the flat-screen TV in the cozy and carpeted room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax after a long day of exploring.

The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast, although not extravagant, is decent. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities like a coin laundry and loaner umbrellas.

I had a comfortable stay at Motomachi Tokyu Rei Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provided free facial products in the lobby, which was a nice touch. They also had a program called Green Coins that encouraged guests to help save the environment. I had a pleasant experience.
